Module 5: psychology, coaching, and mental reprogramming

Role of psychology and coaching in GlowHack

The mind does not only interpret reality: it creates it, records it, and reflects it in the body. For this reason, GlowHack incorporates psychologists and coaches as pillars of the sustainable change and regeneration process. Key objectives:

  • Identify mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns that interfere with well-being.
  • Provide tools for self-knowledge and positive reprogramming.
  • Accompany change processes with a compassionate, realistic, and motivating approach.
  • Teach techniques to manage stress, anxiety, self-demand, and lack of motivation.
  • Strengthen self-esteem, body perception, and personal power.

Recommended tools

  1. Psychologists:

    • Cognitive-behavioral therapy.

    • Third-generation brief therapies (ACT, mindfulness, compassion).

    • EMDR or emotional reprocessing techniques.

    • Psychoeducation on neuroplasticity and how to create new habits.

  2. Coaches (life, health, or wellness):

    • Active and empathetic listening.

    • Goal visualization, planning, and action.

    • Models of internal motivation, positive language, and personal leadership.

    • Journaling exercises, wheel of life, mirror technique, etc.

Central topics to work on with users

  • Reconnection with the body: moving away from body rejection and cultivating a kind relationship.
  • Breaking sabotaging cycles: procrastination, self-demand, all-or-nothing thinking.
  • Emotional management: identifying and regulating difficult emotions.
  • Deep motivation: aligning physical goals with personal values.
  • Healthy identity construction: changing “I am like this” to “I am becoming…”.
  • Chronic stress reduction: brief meditations, breathing techniques, protective habits.
  • Emotional autonomy: ceasing to depend on external factors to sustain change.

Integration with GlowHack AI

The psychology and coaching team will also provide content to be integrated into GlowIA, so the assistant can:

  • Respond to basic emotional inquiries.
  • Accompany the user with affirmations, exercises, and guidance at key moments.
  • Suggest when to refer to a human professional (AI limits).
  • Offer brief routines for breathing, introspection, or guided journaling.
