Module 4: physical training and smart movement

Ideal trainer profile at GlowHack

A GlowHack trainer is not just someone who guides physical routines, but an integral body educator who understands the link between exercise, metabolism, longevity, and emotional health. Expected qualities:

  • Knowledge in exercise physiology, body composition, metabolism, and neuroplasticity.
  • Continuous training in functional training techniques, mobility, breathing, and postural control.
  • High empathy, pedagogical capacity, and a personalized motivational approach.
  • Alignment with principles of biohacking, longevity, and holistic well-being.

Functions of the trainer within the GlowHack method

  • Develop personalized training routines based on each user’s stage and objective (fat burning, toning, rejuvenation, postural correction).
  • Educate on the importance of smart daily movement as the core of active metabolism.
  • Accompany the body reprogramming process through exercise: moving from “punishment exercise” to “movement as pleasure and medicine”.
  • Evaluate physical progress together with the medical and nutritional team.

Types of training recommended by GlowHack

It is structured according to the user’s objectives and level. Workouts must be able to be performed at home, outdoors, or in a gym, prioritizing autonomy.

  • Recommended exercises:
    • Isometrics: activate deep muscles, ideal for beginners or overweight individuals.
    • Hypopressives: improve posture, abdomen, and pelvic floor.
    • HIIT: short high-intensity workouts, perfect for activating mitochondria and burning fat.
    • Tabata: improves cardiovascular endurance and anaerobic capacity.
    • Joint mobility and active stretching: for joint longevity and healthy fascia.
    • Functional training: works on strength, balance, and coordination.
    • Conscious cardio: walking, cycling, elliptical, etc., combined with breathing.
  • Differentiated approaches:
    • People with obesity: low-impact movement + progressive metabolic activation.
    • Older adults: coordination, mobility, and neuroplasticity.
    • Women: focus on toning, fluid retention, hormonal cycle, and pelvic floor care.
